Run after races finish (~8 PM ET). Fetches win/place/show from HRN, computes accuracy, updates track performance page, and sends results email.

Re-sends the AI picks email for a track/date to all eligible subscribers. Use after correcting picks (e.g. wrong race count). Requires picks file to exist.
