3. SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS opt-in box during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages from Chalk HRD including daily horse racing picks and account alerts. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent obtained through this service is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and will not be shared with any third party for any purpose.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, Twilio for SMS) and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@chalkhrd.com.

We use session cookies and local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices.
