ChalkHRD operates a daily horse racing AI picks alert service. Subscribers who provide a mobile phone number and opt in during account registration will receive SMS notifications about their daily pick selections and race-day updates.

Message frequency varies with the racing calendar. During peak Thoroughbred season (May–September) expect 4–7 messages per week. Off-season frequency is lower.

How to Opt In

Consent is collected at account registration on chalkhrd.com. During signup, users enter their mobile phone number and check the following box:

"I agree to receive SMS pick alerts from ChalkHRD. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number without checking the box does not enroll the user in SMS alerts.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS alerts at any time. Text the word:

STOP CANCEL END UNSUBSCRIBE

to any message you receive from us. No further messages will be sent after you opt out. To re-subscribe, text START or register again on the website.

Opt-out confirmation message:

ChalkHRD: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: support@chalkhrd.com
